SEND THE REQUIREMENT ON WHATSAPPFreshness & handling
General good practice for produce.
These are widely accepted handling principles for fresh produce. They describe general practice, not a certification of our own operation.
Grade and clean early
Sort by size and quality, remove damaged units, and keep produce dry where dampness would shorten its life.
Point 1Keep the cold chain
Move produce to a cool, shaded place quickly after harvest and avoid stacking that crushes lower layers.
Point 2Transport without bruising
Use rigid crates rather than loose sacks where produce is delicate, and avoid overloading to save a trip.
Point 3Sell in the order you bought
Rotate older stock to the front of the display and use it first, so nothing is lost at the back.
Point 4We do not claim organic certification, pesticide-free production, direct farm-to-table sourcing or any specific quality certification. Where the company has documented its own practices, they will be published here once confirmed.
